The Alpha Suites is designed with accessibility in mind to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. The property features step-free access from the main entrance, elevators serving all floors, and wide hallways that accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids. Accessible facilities are available throughout key areas of the hotel, and our 24/7 Manager on Duty, located at the lobby reception, is always ready to assist with any accessibility needs or special arrangements.

All rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box.

The 24/7 clinic on the 6th floor is managed by ActiveOneHealth. Doctors are available from 9 AM to 1 PM, Mondays through Saturdays. No doctor is on duty every Sunday. Nurses are available 24/7. In-room guests can contact the Guest Service Center at local 333, who will then notify the clinic of any requests.

The Alpha Suites has a Manager on Duty available 24/7 to ensure all guest needs are attended to at any time of day. Located in the hotel lobby, stationed at the reception desk. Whether you need assistance with check-in, special requests, concerns, or general inquiries, the Manager on Duty is always present to provide support and ensure a seamless stay.

Room-to-room calling is not available.

Late check-out is allowed depending on room availability, that is, if there are no back-to-back bookings for the room. If the room is available, we charge half the room rate for late check-out until 6 PM. After 6 PM, we charge the full rate, and guests can stay until the next day. For 1-BR Suites, we have many available, allowing for greater flexibility. In some promotional cases, we extend the room for free.
